1. The service
CalmWell is a platform that helps families find verified professionals for therapy support, and helps those professionals manage their cases, appointments, and records. CalmWell coordinates the match, the booking, the records, and the payment, but the therapy itself is delivered by the independent professional.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity on your account. Parent accounts are intended for parents or legal guardians of the child receiving support.
3. Professionals
Professionals on CalmWell are independent practitioners. Before being listed they go through document review and verification by the CalmWell team. Each professional is responsible for the clinical content of their work, their licensing, and their compliance with local regulations.
4. Bookings and payments
Payments are processed through a third-party payment provider. Session prices are shown before checkout. Cancellation and rescheduling rules are shown inside the booking flow and may differ per professional.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform: no abusive content, no attempts to bypass payments, no scraping or reverse-engineering, and no sharing of access credentials. Misuse may result in account suspension.
6. Disclaimer
CalmWell helps coordinate therapy support and manage therapy-related records. It does not replace emergency care, medical diagnosis, or direct advice from licensed healthcare professionals. See the therapy disclaimer for the full statement.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, CalmWell is not liable for the clinical outcome of any session, for decisions made by an independent professional, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the account or by email.
